Double walled construction. Inner chamber made of anodized Aluminium / S.Steel. Outer body made of mild steel is powder coated/painted. Temperature thermostatically controlled by hydraulic thermostat from 50°C-250°C. Elements are at the bottom and sides. Built in 'L' shape thermometer. The gap between the inner & outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid the thermal losses. Perforated adjustable trays. Two pilot lamp on/off switch. To work on 220/230 V.AC.

These Ovens are triple walled construction. In this system there is one path of circulating Hot Air in between the Inner Chamber and middle chamber. Forced air moved by the motorized blower is called PERFECT SYSTEM. It results in minimum temperature variation at any point in working space. Temperature controlled by Digital indicator-cum-controller with safety alarm from 50-250°C with a sensitivity of +/-1°C. Working chamber is made of aluminum anodized or adjustable trays. To work on 220/230 V AC.

The body of the mantle is spun one piece from mild sheet duty staving painted. All heating mantles are legged with special minerals wools to work on 220/230V AC supply.

Outer body made of perforated P.C.R.C. sheet and fitted with coil type heating element. Painted attractively with good stove enamel. The cost iron top plate is 20.5 cm dia fitted with an indicating lamp. Used for heating upto 350ºC. To work on 220/230 V AC supply.

HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACE 1200ºC Specification same as above but the max. temp. 1200ºC, working temp. 1150ºC.

This unit is specially designed to meet the requirements of High Temperature, the casing is made of M.S. reinforced with iron angles duly painted, chamber made of Ceramic Zirconium Board and elements are placed Horizontally in the chamber. Heating is done by imported silicon carbide rods duly controlled by Accurate step down transformer (Air cooled), it saves energy upto 30% with easily replaceable carbide rods. These furnaces have outstanding temperature reliablility and have large surface radiation ratio to enhance thermal efficiency and power consumption. Control panel is fitted with Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller upto1600°C. Control panel is provided saperatly having ammeter and volt meter etc. Maximum furnace temperature upto 1450°C, working temperature up to 1400°C operatable on 220 Volts single Phase AC supply.
